They were professional and very patient with our 50+ homes we toured. David was respectful of our feelings and did not push us into anything we weren’t comfortable with as our Nevada realtor attempted to do. David and Teresa were easily accessible and returned our phone calls promptly. We had to negotiate with a very difficult seller and David was exceptional in fighting for us. We were fortunate two to have Scott Riddle and his team handle both our sale and purchase of our home here in Naples. During the process leading up to the closing of the sale of our home, Teresa Ferguson, went above an beyond the coordination of the home inspection to the closing process leading to a smooth transaction.

Although the first sale of my house fell through at the very last second, Marlene was there to help pick up the pieces. I also had to do this sale from a long distance, and by myself on this end, as my husband recently passed away. She was so helpful, kind and understanding.

There any many real estate agencies to choose from in the SW FL market. Chris from Southwest Florida REGROUP – MVP Realty came highly recommended through a family member who is a Realtor in another state. The moment I glanced at a duplex that was listed for sale I knew that I wanted it and I called my realtor Dylan Depalma and told him how this is what I’ve been waiting a few years for this property like this to come along and Dylan as experienced and professional as he was was able to call and get my offer in immediately very very smart and what information I needed to get over to him and there were some delays on the closing because I had to get my final numbers in and everything and and although it only took one day because of how hot the market is for the property to go pending status that pending status ended up being me. I did have a fight because a cash offer did come in a head of me but Dylan was so professional he was able to convince the seller to wait and go through extra time due to a normal morgage versus a Cash offer. I was very surprised and never doubted my realtor for one second my realtor was on it every second very quick responsive and very very smart and what information I needed to get over to him and there were some delays on the closing because I had to get my final numbers in and everything and in the end it was worth it because I ended up closing right at the new year and it was more of an advantage for me because I didn’t have to make a payment for two months since I closed then but anyways I want to say everything had quick responsiveness time when responding and getting things completed and Dylan Depalma is one of the best realtors I’ve ever worked with and his entire team works together very well with him and are very very professional. They will work with you and go out of their way to make the financing and the deal go through as smoothly. When I am ready in a half a year to get my next duplex. You know who I will be calling. We had a great experience working with Dean throughout the purchasing process. We were buying from out of state and he was incredibly accomodating working his schedule around ours and also showing a home remotley while we were in Ohio. His knowledge of the market is a large reason we were able to secure a home here in Cape Coral. I would highly recomend him to anyone in need of a realtor.
