Naples Reserve

Naples Reserve is an amazing place. Located just between Downtown Naples and Marco Island, Naples Reserve is a community defined solely by its waterfront design and its exclusive lifestyle and was mapped out exclusively for those looking for a thrilling and easygoing Florida way of life. Revolving around a pleasant 125 acres of the man-made lake, this community is replete with more than enough reasons to stay. Beginning with the things that are known to be commonplace, this classic 688 acre gated community features a whopping 5160 square foot clubhouse, a 3500 square foot fitness centre with ultra-modern equipment and a yoga studio, multiple tennis courts, outstanding resort-style and lake-side swimming pools with lap lanes and relaxation spots, lakefront beach, and nature trails. Taking this a little further, the community also features a Community Centre, Fishing, Parks exclusively made for dogs, a 2-mile cycling trail which could also be used as walking or jogging paths, waterfront, a mile-long rowing waterway which lies close to the Picayune Strand State Forest, and to top it up, a free shuttle to a private destination island within the community, called the Kontiki Island, which is peculiar for its large Tiki hut. Currently, more amenities are being constructed at the Naples Reserve, and these amenities include another dog park, a playground for the children called the Kid’s Cove Playground, and a sinuous park for biking, jogging, and hiking. Upon arrival, guests are received at the Outrigger Welcome Center where they are briefed about the community and offered a dock having a boat basin and kayak launch service.

Situated amongst 22 interconnected man-made lakes, Naples Reserve presents itself as one with nature and would be the perfect neighborhood for nature lovers to hang out and also live in. Some of these lakes make prime watersport activities like hydro biking, canoeing, kayaking, and much more available to its residents, and all the gears are made available within the community. The points where these watercraft activities take place also serve as exit points (or outrigger centers) from the rest of the community, to explore the 125-acre eagle lake and to visit the Kontiki island at the center of the community. Homebuyers along the prestigious Eagle Lake are also given the golden opportunity to have a personal floating boat dock. Apart from the lakes and the fun that comes with them, the island also offers a unique taste of beaches, shopping, dining, clubbing, and many other activities.

The island club offers a couple of indoor and outdoor eating spaces like the Tiki bar in the Tiki hut where you have different dining alternatives to pick from, an exquisite lakeside fire pit, Latitudes cafe, etc. When residents feel the need to test the waters and challenge each other to a friendly competition, there are five tennis courts at the lakefront Match Point complex where they can easily go head to head. Besides the tennis courts, there are also four pickleball courts and a number of beach volleyball courts located in the same area. There is enough room for the residents to challenge each other at different sports and games like bocci, swimming, and fishing. Going for a mini-marathon back and forth along the 2-mile cycling trail is also welcomed. Within the community is a dedicated “wald and wag” park for its residents and their canine friends to have fun together. It is almost so perfect, and everything within this community screams Love, Fun, and Nature.

Owing to the 22 lakes and nature preserve in this community, it stands out from every viewpoint and has breathtaking views in all direction. The community is home to 1,154 lakefront residences spread about 11 diverse neighborhoods, and home prices begin from the low 300s and can go as high as over a million dollars, with single-family residential unit sizes ranging from 1810 to about 3150 square feet.
