Lauren Trethewey

In this installment of our Agent Spotlight series at Southwest Florida REGroup we’re interviewing Lauren Trethewey, who specializes in Naples Real Estate. Let’s learn more about her buying/selling expertise, as well as get to know her a bit better outside of the real estate world.

What do you love about real estate, why’d you get into real estate in the first place?

I love so many things about real estate. I really enjoy the people aspect of it. I love helping people find their perfect home and I genuinely get fulfilment helping my clients. I was actually my team leader, Chris Acheson’s lead. After moving to Naples and many changes in my life, Chris continued to encouraged me to pursue my license and I was introduced to this amazing team.

Is there a particular area in Southwest Florida you concentrate on (or love to work in)?

I live in Naples so I naturally love to sell in that area. It is a beautiful area with so much to offer. I have also had success helping clients find their perfect homes in Cape Coral and Estero, so I love those areas as well.

What do you do for fun?

For fun I love going on walks with my Goldendoodle, Lola, and cooking new recipes with my husband, Andrew! I also love when my three children come to visit Naples and we explore the beach, go to the pool, and our favorite restaurants in Naples.

Favorite restaurant?

Naples has so many to choose from so it’s hard. Campiello’s on 3rd is a go to when people come to town, always a good meal and great service. My typical go to is Low Brow pizza. 

What are your keys to success?

My keys to success are my strong work ethic and extreme dedication to my clients. I truly always put their best interest first in everything I do, and will go above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of and find the home of their dreams. When I work with someone, I really get to know them and consider them a friend, and I think that shines through in my work.

How has our system worked for you?

I love our system from the amazing team leader’s support and training to Boomtown, which gave me an opportunity to grow my business and helped me stay organized to become a successful agent.

Any tips for new agents?

While I still consider myself a new agent, the best thing I did was join this team! My advice would be to utilize our technology, and your team leaders. Enhance your knowledge of the market, be quick to respond to clients, do open houses, be honest and work hard. Be sure to always follow up, and most of all treat your clients and other agents how you would like to be treated.
