In this installment of our Agent Spotlight series at Southwest Florida REGroup we’re interviewing Jason Armstead, who specializes in Naples Real Estate. Let’s learn more about his buying/selling expertise, as well as get to know him a bit better outside of the real estate world.
What do you love about real estate, why’d you get into real estate in the first place?
That’s easy! I love helping out-of-state clients that are making the move to beautiful Southwest Florida. I’ve been lucky enough to live the SWFL lifestyle for the past 22 years, and my career allows me to put my experience to use! Being a licensed REALTOR is exciting, challenging, and extremely rewarding work. I love earning the trust of my clients, and then negotiating the best deal possible. My clients remain my friends long after the sale is completed.
Is there a particular area in Southwest Florida you concentrate on (or love to work in)?
Such a tough question…there are just too many beautiful places to pick a favorite. I always tell my clients, whether buying or selling, I can serve all of their needs in Lee & Collier Counties.
What do you do for fun?
Travel the beautiful and diverse state of Florida as much as possible with my family…there are so many things to do right here in the Sunshine State. And I try to fit in time for CrossFit…most days…lol!
Definitely The Bay House for a nice date-night. Texas Roadhouse for an enjoyable, everyday meal. I mean, they both have “house” in their names – fitting for a REALTOR!
What are your keys to success?
Honesty. Integrity. Consistently doing the right thing for my client.
Listening. My clients’ needs are paramount.
Dealing with all things in a professional manner.
How has our system worked for you?
Exceptionally well. 17 closings in my first year at the Southwest Florida RE Group is proof in itself. Years and years of research, trials, and adjustments have provided as such. I was just lucky to land here!
Any tips for new agents?
